We were so happy with our stay. The location is amazing for attending an event at US Bank Stadium. Fun places around as well.

Foul Odor

When we entered our unit there was a terrible odor like rotten vegetables. After many phone calls we were moved to another "smaller" unit as they tried to resolve the odor issue. The manager kept assuring me (argued really) it was the same size (it wasn't.) There was also some sort of costume left in the closet from the previous tenant. Broken shampoo dispense. I'm wondering how these units are inspected before they are rented? Late that evening (10:00 pm) the on-site manager phoned us notifying us that she just learned of our issues (she did her best to help us). I assumed I had been talking with the on-site manager all along but had been speaking with someone in an office in another state! The next morning I was told they would try to resolve the odor issue and they would let me know when we might be able to move back. I waited to be informed as to when we could move. The rest of our party went on to do other things while I stayed back waiting for the call. It was a hassle for us. We did eventually move back. Sat. night when we attempted to park in the underground parking there were no spaces. The codes to enter the pool area restrooms didn't work. We asked for additional towels and were told they would get them to us when they could. It took a long time. The location was great. The unit was clean and nice (once the odor issue got resolved) but for the price, with so many inconvenient issues - Not sure worth the price.

Nice building, clean & walkable apartment

This was the perfect place to stay for a concert at US Bank Stadium. Parking nearby was easy, building & unit were lovely, and it was very convenient to so much (coffee, groceries, restaurants, etc.)!
