From the moment you walk in, you enter into a clean and peaceful environment. From the comfy beds, Netflix, high-speed internet, this cozy space is equipped with everything you need.

This 2 bed + 1 bath is centrally located in one of Winnipeg's most desired neighbourhoods and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. This fully equipped home comes with all of the essentials including fresh linens, towels and kitchenware.


-Check-in : 4 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability + additional charges) for check-in after 10PM, please notify us
-Checkout : 11 AM (Late checkout is subject to availability + additional charges
-Last Minute bookings for same day check-ins may have a delayed check-in time of until 7 PM due to the last-minute notice. Please check with us prior to booking!
-Smart TV with streaming apps are provided but with the use of your personal account
-Complimentary Starter Packs are provided to jump start your stay & not meant to last for the whole duration of your stay.
-Trailer Parking NOT available (includes other oversized vehicles)
-Street parking is subject to snow bans and traffic bans: Tenants can check the availability by calling 311 and check snow route bans on KnowYourZone app

-Extra Pillows, Blankets, Towels, Crib & High Chair is available upon request, subject to availability w/ transportation charge (request must be made at least 24 hrs before check-in on weekdays)
-The shared building amenities may be closed for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice. Nest Host has no control over these and will not issue any refunds/ entertain cancellations for the said reason.
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by Nest Host) Guest can request Nest Host to roll out the bins for $30. DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.
-Mailbox use is unavailable
-Management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants
-OFFICE Hours: 9AM - 6PM Weekdays
-Emergency Line for lockouts, flooding, power outage is available after hours + weekends
-Mid-stay cleanings must be scheduled for stays 60 days and above. This is a complimentary clean but is vital for us to ensure the maintenance of our property.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer
-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Nest Host)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure

We are here to make your stay comfortable & memorable! For virtual assistance, our Nest Host team is available from 9 AM - 10 PM and just a message away. For any assistance needing physical appearances, our office & staff work from M-F 9 AM - 5 PM.

Nestled in one of Winnipeg's most mature neighbourhoods and surrounded with things to do. In the heart of River Heights and a short drive to our very own "Little Italy" neighbourhood in Corydon where you are surrounded by great places to eat and drink. A 5 minute drive from both Polo Park Shopping Centre and The Outlet Collection Winnipeg!

Downtown and the Winnipeg Airport are a 10-15 minute drive away.

Corydon Avenue and Osborne Village have a great patio vibe in the summer! We recommend Saffron's, Teo's and Carlos & Murphey's! There's also some fantastic coffee and dessert shops!

For families, Assiniboine Park Zoo is a MUST! There are many great animals to see and the Polar Bears make great entertainment! Take a stroll through Assiniboine Park afterwards, the duck pond is beautiful and there are plenty of walking paths and picnic spots. Only a 5 minute drive away!
You will have access to the entire suite during your stay.
There is a smart lock on the door, a unique code will be provided upon your confirmed reservation.
There is free parking for 1 vehicle in the back lane and street parking is readily available.
The backyard at the back of the home is a shared space with other tenants.
With pleasing decor and furnishings, this space is so cozy, you won't want to leave! The kitchen is complete will all dinnerware and cookware you need and the spacious backyard at the back of the home is perfect for a relaxing evening! Coffee supplied and street parking widely available.

Our goal is to ensure you are comfortable and feel at home during your stay. We provide WiFi and a Smart TV. Basic essentials are provided for you during your stay!
Close to a handful of major transit routes. Taxi service is also available 24/7 in Winnipeg

Amazing house & location
This is my second time renting this property. The home is well laid out and the bedrooms are a nice size. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located to all conveniences.

just....wow...
Linens and towels were clean and fresh but that is where all ended. Upon entering this "smoke free/pet free" property - I sneezed for five minutes trying to get over the fragrance that was not covering up the smell of tobacco smoke - gross. The bathroom mat was so grimy I took a photo to prove to friends how disgusting it was. The bedroom door was hanging off the hinges. The kitchen cupboards NOT included in the listing photos were missing half of the door/drawer fronts. The dishwasher was SO loud - it had to be turned off to have a conversation. The laminate click flooring was coming apart. The paper blinds were a mess and held together with paperclips and tape! And they were filthy. A total dive. It was a wintery weekend with lots of snow - I had to call to get the steps shovelled, however, they neglected the inch of ice on the porch steps. There was also not a handrail to aid my elderly parents in using the same icy steps. The parking pad in the back was not usable due to several feet of snow. Street parking was the only choice and my parents had to step on /through the windrows of plowed snow. Final, brutal encounter/not encounter: two weeks after this stay I sent an email regarding the refund of the damage deposit. No response. I sent a second inquiry about the date of the return - again no response. Three weeks after check out I call VRBO to find out this was a n**e**s**t property. While the chat and phone staff were lovely - this slumlord was a nightmare. COMPLETELY unlike the "other app" experience I had had globally. I would suggest no one stay at any of the Finnsons properties as they have been, by far, the worst property owner/group I have encountered during my travels.

The home is beautiful with open floor plan and large bedrooms. Outside space is awesome for having family and friends!
