Lake Rotoiti is literally at your doorstep for all your waterside adventures- you can even bring the boat! The house has a 1/4 share in a jetty out front and two exclusive use kayaks for lake explorations. An easy 15 minute drive will you have in the heart of Rotorua City and amongst an array of world famous attractions.

For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited), as well as a smart TV. Fresh commercial linen is included in the cleaning rate and there is plenty of off street parking. Heating is no issue for winter stays- with a fireplace and three heat pumps.

NOTES:
Fresh commercial linen is provided for every stay. This includes pressed cotton sheets, pillowcases, bath mats, hand towels, bath towels, face cloths and tea towels. The cost for this service is incorporated into the cleaning fee.

There is plenty of off street parking at the property. 2-3 vehicles will fit in the carport area at the bottom of the driveway, and there is also room on the front grass lawn for boat trailers and extra cars.

This is a much loved family owned home, so we ask that you respect this when visiting.
No parties/events are allowed.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

The garden area that leads to the waterfront has a retained section with a drop to grass so all guests should take extra care in this area due to the risk of falls.

Young children will require supervision around the staircase and balcony areas.
