This 3 Bedroom – 2 bathroom villa boasts just over 1,700 square feet of beautiful décor with calming tones, space, and comfort to give you and your guests the much-needed Southwest Florida vacation you deserve. Looking to travel with your fury friend? Villa Tortuga is pet friendly for small non shedding dogs under 35Ibs with prior approval and pet fee.
Opening the front door, you will feel immersed into another world. In the living room, you and your guests will find spacious cream-colored couches and a Smart TV that is perfect for watching your favorite TV show or movie. This living room also features a desk that serves as the perfect working station.
In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to prepare their favorite meals. This kitchen is well stocked with stainless steel appliances, a water kettle, blender, and all the kitchen essentials you will need. Villa Tortuga features 3 dining areas, including one outside, so you and your guests have plenty of options for where you would like to enjoy your meals.
In the Master Bedroom, you will find a luxurious King size bed. In this room you will also find a flat screen TV, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite features a double sink vanity and shower tub combo. In the other two guest rooms, you will find another King size bed and two twin beds. Both of these rooms also feature flat screen TVs.
Once outside, you and your guests will find the true highlight of this home, the screened in lanai! This lanai features a custom unheated pool that is large and spacious. This pool is the perfect way to cool down on a hot Florida day, play some pool games, or even swim laps. When you're not enjoying the pool, you can soak up the Florida sun on the outdoor furniture or grill up some dinner. Villa Tortuga sits on a freshwater canal that will allow you and your guests to catch some stunning sunsets or see some Southwest Florida wildlife.

Amazing

Property was amazing! I only gave a 4 for accuracy of listing because the area by the canal was not set up. There was no canopy. But with storms and wind I’m sure there’s a reason it was not.

Not as advertised

I was really excited to stay here based on the pictures in the listing. Their photographer needs some major accolades bc it doesn’t look the same (or those were done quite some time ago.) The lock on the back door was broken and was known before I arrived. It was not fixed until the following afternoon. It was just my son and I staying so this was definitely something that bothered me. The house was not clean. There is visible pee on the base of the master toilet…sticky spots on the floor that were visible. The pool was not clean. Standing water inside the washer and it smelled moldy. The area on the canal was in complete disarray and looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. We have been very disappointed and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Weekend of Baseball

We rented this property for a weekend baseball tournament. The house was nice. The AC didn't work well on the guest side of the house as it remained hot all the time. The pool area was not very clean and neither was the pool. All in all it wasn't a horrible place to stay, but needs better maintenance of the outside area.
