The Space:
This villa includes daily housekeeping and on-site private chef service - see chef description below. An expert concierge is available to take care of you throughout your stay. The concierge will assist with reservations and information about all the best local activities, restaurants, and beach clubs. Many guests enjoy yacht excursions and spa treatments. For special occasions like birthdays, bachelorette parties, we can arrange food and decorations for an unforgettable celebration.

This villa offers 4 large bedrooms with classic Tulum decor throughout the property. The property has a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite foods. The beautiful open living/dining area is ideal for groups, as is the relaxing patio and pool.

The property is divided into two separate structures to maximize comfort and privacy for your group. The building in the front of the property is a two-level main house with an open living/kitchen/dining area with expansive views of the pool and garden. On the second floor of the main house, there are two bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and spacious living space. On the other side of the patio, there is a separate one-level guest house with two bedrooms, each with an en suite private bathroom. Each bedroom has sliding doors leading to a small patio at the rear of the property – a perfect and private spot to relax. There is fiberoptic internet throughout the property.

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum (right in between downtown and the hotel zone) Here you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Tulum center is around 10 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants of all kinds, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.

Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. Your concierge can arrange taxis or a private driver.
