There are two spacious bedrooms with sweeping view of the lake and two generous bathrooms

The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep another 2 guests comfortably.

The spacious and well-appointed arrival lounge in the apartment lobby is another nice place to chill out, or wait for a friend.

Suitable for solo, couples, families, both leisure and business travellers alike.

With a cafe at your door step and another popular cafe across the road, you will be spoilt for choice whenever you need a caffeine fix or to have a nice brekkie or lunch.

There is also secure parking, video surveillance intercom and security entrances.

This is the residential part of Melbourne City just south of central business district.
It is characterised by apartments, heritage buildings, terraced houses, open air cafes, parks and significant stands of mature exotic trees.

Since 1996 Albert Park Reserve has been home to the Australian Grand Prix, a motor racing event.

Short walk to the National Gallery of Victoria, Art Centre, Crown Resort and Southbank precinct.

Walk to the CBD, or take a 2 min walk to the Domain Interchange tram stop where there are 6 services available into the city and beyond.

Guests are required to keep all Recreational Facilities (if available) clean and tidy after use, and agree to adhere to all rules and regulations enforced by any administrators of the facilities Guests are liable to pay for any fire brigade call out fees due to guest negligence (e.g. smoking in the apartment, burnt cooking, etc.) – Fines can vary from $3000AUD. Guests are to note that all common areas are under strict surveillance and that all activity is monitored at all times. Readyset will not be held liable to any losses or theft while staying in the provided accommodation. Loss of keys, swipe cards and/or remotes will incur a replacement charge upon departure (cost very from AUD200- 500). If you are using a car park, it is the responsibility of the guest to park in the designated car park lot provided by Readyset. Parking by guests not approved by Readyset will result in vehicle being towed at the expense of the guest. Parking is at the driver’s own risk. Readyset will not be held liable to any losses held owing to theft or damages of the vehicle. Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card. Guests will abide by the Terms & Conditions and Readyset has the right to evict their guests if there are complaints about noise, unruly behaviour, improper conduct or disturbances. Guests must not create any unreasonable noise or nuisance that disturbs the enjoyment of other residents and must not conduct any illegal activity that attracts any complaints or may be deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.Guests will not exceed the maximum guests per apartment as per bedding configuration set by Readyset.There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
