The maximum capacity of this villa is 12 of guests, however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. Another important thing to mention is that external staff or guests outside of the reservation are not allowed (for security reasons)

✢The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws

Once your reservation is confirmed, our Chef's team will contact you closer to your arrival date. They will provide you with our menus and help you coordinate your meal plan. We can also personalize your order, offering vegetarian and vegan options too.

This villa is located at Tankah Bay, a few minutes from Tulum and close to the Mayan Ruins, the city center etc. Tulum has a very special style that you have to discover.

Away from the crowds of Cancun and Playa del Carmen, Tulum has a unique style and vibe that you need to discover, both because of its nature and the spirit of a small town. Its the perfect place for those who want to enjoy the Riviera Maya to its best.

Half a km away you will find diving centers and the famous "Cenoté Manati" (or "Casa Cenoté") and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We do recommend renting a car in order to make moving around easier. We can also schedule airport transportation for our guests.
