So dirty!

We arrived at our check in time and immediately noticed that the floors were extremely sticky. We then went to check the bathroom and noticed so much hair everywhere. In the drawers, floors, and cabinets. There was multiple hair colors and there was also earring backs on the floor. We immediately went to go check the bed and it was stained and dirty. Nothing had been wiped down in the apartment. We immediately messaged the Sonder representative and I told them I was going to book a hotel and they assured me that they would fix this right away and they would get back to me. They did not respond till 4-5 hours later and we were extremely tired from our long drive. They finally told us that they would move us to a different Sonder building so we had to pack up our things after dinner and relocate. They placed us more in the down town area and made us pay an additional parking fee. I had already upgraded my parking at the last Sonder apartment and I could not believe they had me pay again after all the inconvenience they made me and my family go through. We did not check into our new Sonder building until midnight the day we arrived. We were not offered any type of refund for our stay. I do not recommend staying here.

Nice apartment

Everything was clean balcony had a nice view but one thing big on is the ac it was stuck on 83 the whole night so couldn’t really sleep someone came in to try and fix it but nothing worked
