An exclusive beach retreat in residential tranquility for the Crest! This beautiful custom built four bedroom, three bathroom, three story townhome with an elevator, two car onsite driveway parking, and a spacious top level sundeck is less than two blocks from the beach and a short distance from Centennial Park. The 26 x 32' top level sundeck is a great space to catch space to relax or entertain and is completed with a wet bar and plenty of deck furniture. Each level has access to the elevator making it easy for anyone to enjoy the sundeck and reach all bedrooms. The home also features decks off the second level kitchen and dining area and the top level Master Suite. Close by dining options include Sal’s Pizza, the Fish Factory, the Crest Tavern, Carini’s Pizza & Italian Restaurant, and a hidden gem known as the Reges Café. Reserve your escape to the Crest today!

Enter the unit through the pedestrian entrance on the eastern side of the building placing you in the ground floor elevator lobby with access to both unit entries. (The smaller ground floor unit is private and is not available for rentals) Take the elevator to the second floor or enter the first doorway to proceed up the stairwell to the unit. There is a small foyer area entering the stairwell with additional storage space for storing beach equipment. Once reaching the second floor the living and dining areas will be directly ahead, with the first bedroom with an attached bathroom and laundry room to the left, and the second floor elevator hallway to the right. The dining area and kitchen both provide sliding glass balcony door access to the second floor deck and the kitchen’s center island provides an additional two top dining space.

Upon reaching the third level, the first bedroom a twin over twin bunk bed and the access hallway to the elevator and sundeck is to the right. The second bedroom with two twin beds will be to your left. Further down the hallway, the full hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower will be to the left just before the entry to the Master Suite. The Master suite features tile flooring throughout, dual sliding glass balcony door access, and an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a vanity countertop.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owner’s sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Good space, but could be better
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
