When selecting a luxurious apartment for your rental needs, compromise should never be an option. Rest assured, this apartment leaves no stone unturned. Say goodbye to rigid cancellation policies and concerns about essential supplies. You will find an abundance of toilet paper, toiletries, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets to ensure a seamless stay.

A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1 which will eventually block some of the view, however, even after construction is finished, the ocean views from the apartment will still be spectacular. As at the end of April 2024, the new building is at around the 11th floor.

Rollaway bed for the 5th guest. Complimentary mid-stay linen change for stays of 9 days or longer.

Other information
A significant amount of construction is happening across the Gold Coast right now which may result in some construction noise from 7am to around 3pm. While we cannot stop progress, the use of the air-conditioning with the balcony doors closed can filter out sound of construction. Thanks for your understanding.

Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.

• One secure car park is included. Additional parking is available in the public car park (costs apply).
• 2.2m height clearance

Check in: from 2pm. Details will be provided prior to arrival. School holiday check-in is 3pm to ensure the cleaners have sufficient time for a thorough clean.

Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

We have all experienced hotels and apartments that get many of the basics wrong. It may be an uncomfortable lounge, old pillows or just insufficient basic amenities so the first thing you have to do is go shopping for toilet paper!

How many times have we booked a room or apartment while not knowing exactly what we are actually getting? Many holiday apartments are privately owned, so the difference between two similar rooms in the same building can be significant and we all know the website photos will only show the best apartment!

This apartment has been recently refreshed with new flooring, rug, freshly painted, fridge, SMART TVs, living room sofa and outdoor sofa. Be careful of those apartments in the building still using the furniture from when it was built 10 years ago (you will recognize the same grey lounge and floor rug with a curved pattern!).
