This spacious and meticulously designed apartment boasts a modern open-plan living area, allowing for seamless interaction between the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the entire apartment in natural light, while providing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the stunning Gold Coast skyline.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean in the plush king-sized bed, complete with high-quality linens. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a standalone bath, offering a luxurious soak with sweeping ocean views.

Second Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends, the second bedroom offers 2 single beds (that can be combined to a king-sized bed upon request), ample storage space, and easy access to the main bathroom and balcony with ocean views.

No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$150 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

We have all experienced hotels and apartments that get many of the basics wrong. It may be an uncomfortable lounge, old pillows or just insufficient basic amenities so the first thing you have to do is go shopping for toilet paper!
