Brand New Construction with a Private Pool, Water Views, & Parking for Four!

Welcome to Cape May Cove, a brand new development newly constructed single-family homes located on historic grounds in the residential tranquility of Cape May. Homes located on Missouri Ave offer water views of the inlet and Memorial Park and a large section of undisturbed wetlands in the rear of the development will provide the songbirds for enjoying your early mornings on the decks. This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bathroom, three story home with a turret makes a brilliant addition to this fantastic new development! Initial impressions are made by Booth Bay Blue Hardie® Board and Batten siding with white AZEK trim, two spacious eastern decks, dual bay garage with carriage house doors, a marvelously landscaped front yard, black aluminum fencing, and the section of the home referred to as “The Turret.” The design incorporates this additional space to provide an enclosed surrounding to enjoy the view in a quiet refuge and is being furnished as such. The upgraded interior provides some of the most standout features including a massive gourmet kitchen with an 11ft long kitchen island, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven, ceiling beams decorating the second floor, Bella COREtec advanced flooring, a custom designed LED lighted frameless mirror and pedestal sink, James Martin and Alicante vanity sinks, and metal paragon stairs with wood finish to “The Turret.” An outdoor shower is also available for returning from the beach or rinsing off before jumping in the private pool. There is also an electric cart charger outlet in the garage for your convenience.

The first floor of the home features two bedrooms, a rec room, laundry room, covered rear patio with sliding glass balcony door access to the private pool, and a full bathroom.

The second floor is an open design which includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, great room, and powder room. Sliding glass balcony doors provide access to the covered front porch and screened in rear porch.

The third floor features three Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms with the front suite having access to their private front porch. The paragon stairwell will provide access to, “The Turret.”

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Cape May Family Vacation 2023
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cant talk enough about The Powers Group. Working with them was great. They were attentive and responsive. The property was beautiful but one of the things that attracted me was the no pet policy. I as well as my granddaughter are highly allergic to animals. I was surprised to find the home with pet hair and poop in the yard which we gladly cleaned. We spent the week on inhalers which I would have preferred not to. Better communication with respect to garbage and recycleables would be great. Information on the Alexa in the home had incorrect information. This home is perfect for large families. The little beach(bay) up the street is perfect for the children. The fenced in yard and pool are a hit. Neighbors very friendly. Beach is 10 blocks away but it is not an issue and there is plenty of parking. Dry Dock restaurant around the corner was great for wings, burgers and ice cream.

What an incredible time. The powers group was super helpful and responsive through the time of first booking to the end. The house itself is gorgeous, and the pool such a bonus! The house is spectacular perfect location, we had such an amazing time. Must book! We can’t wait to go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was too good to be true. It was gorgeous, we loved that it was brand new. There was so much space and the furniture was all so comfortable. It was the nicest place we have ever stayed. The location was great for us having two young kids because it was nice and quiet at night, away from all of the bars/restaurants, but still just a 3 min drive to the beach. The pool was the perfect size and the screen in porch was so great. Hope to stay here again someday.
