Welcome to "Cinnamon Sands", a comfortable condo offering all the amenities of home while looking out to spectacular views of Provincetown Harbor. Relax outside on the waterfront porch or stroll down sandy paths to swim or sunbathe. This newly renovated condo offers AC, new appliances, washer/dryer and a smart TV which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime and Hulu for live TV. Head into Provincetown for art openings, restaurants, people watching and night clubs. Visit Truro Vineyards winery and sip their local samples or browse the nearby Atlantic Spice shop famous for their huge array of spices and kitchen items. Explore The National Seashore park and beaches on nearby bike trails with lighthouses, wild blueberries, bird watching, stargazing, and swimming. Rate is for 2 person occupancy, a double sofa bed for additional guests at $50 per night. There is a 7 night minimum from mid-June to mid-September with a 3 night minimum during all other times. A $250 cleaning fee for rentals fewer than 7 nights. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

A Joy!

Our stay was made all the more enjoyable because of all the special touches in this unit, from a well-equipped kitchen to sea-themed pillows, artwork, and books. It was a welcoming, exceptionally clean, relaxing, and comfortable stay. The best part was enjoying looking out onto the bay each morning, as well as experiencing the most spectacular sunsets!

Truro beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Scott Powell is always a pleasure. He's always very responsive. The owners of the unit have thought of everything to accommodate an amazing stay. We continue to come back year after year.

Getaway to North Truro on Cape Cod

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Cape. It had been a number of years since my husband and I were able to take a whole week to relax and unwind. The condo at 556 Shore Rd. #10 was the perfect place to do that. It was great!

Exactly what we needed

This place was absolutely what we were looking for! After a summer of busy working schedules, my mother in the hospital & rehab, we were wanting someplace we could get away to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed walks on the beach, P-town and a few other things the area had to offer. One day was very stormy, but it was still a wonderful day, just chilling & watching the ocean! The condo was equipped with everything we needed & then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway

We had an enjoyable stay! It was beautiful, clean, and was well equipped for a relaxing weekend. Convenient location to Ptown, beaches and many restaurants. We will be back!
