“A Topsail Fairytale” invites guests to make their next trip to Topsail Island a magical experience. This exquisite 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Single Family home is what dreams are made of. With sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests, the whole family can gather together comfortably to enjoy the fun-filled vacation you have always been imagining.

A Topsail Fairytale is located at 102-A Fairytale Lane in Surf City, NC, and will accommodate up to 14 people ages 4 and up. This property offers 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Bunk bed sets, and 2 Twin beds. Pillows and blankets will be provided for all advertised bed sizes but sheets and towels will not. You are welcome to bring your own or arrange for weekly rental through the realty company.

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

Great location, but fair amenities

The Topsail Fairytale is a big property (6 bedrooms), with a great location and an elevator to access all 4 floors. Some rooms did not have dressers. Our only complaint is that for a house this size it was missing a grill, beach chairs, and corn hole boards which most houses offer. The family room furniture was a little dated and stained.

Lovely stay at Fairytale Lane

A very nice house - with everything as described. Beach was close and great. We had a brief electrical problem and the management company handled it quickly and with no disruption to our plans. A great week!

Roomy Beach Getaway for Family

This house had everything we needed--space for the family get-away, good ocean views from across the street and easy access to beach. House was well-apportioned, and communication from property management was good. One note: Everyone is different with mattresses. Several of us had discomfort on the spring-coil mattresses. But overall, a great house with plenty of space for large family or family reunion.

A Topsail Fairytale Toast

This was a lovely property that was nicely appointed. It had great panoramic views with each bedroom afforded its own balcony access. Very close beach access was an advantage. Nice accommodations for a large family.

Family Vacation

The cleaning crew did not get done until 5:45 pm. They were supposed to be out by 5:00 at the latest. When we entered the floors were still very sandy. Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Responsive owners, amazing location!

Can’t say enough about sitting on the balconies and enjoying the waves right across the street! The house was gorgeous and fit 16 of us ranging from our thirties to a 6 month old. The best part was the quick responses from the rental property company for a couple things we were wondering. Thanks again!

Great Space for Large Family

We had about 4 families that came from different cities and there was plenty of space. The elevator was a great feature for our older parents. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials needed for cooking and we were less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. All good things. As much as we liked the property, there were a few things missing that we normally have when renting a property. There was one trash bag and one roll of paper towels in the whole house and overall extremely limited "supplies". We had to immediately buy toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Additionally, linens weren't included so we had to rent them for an additional $400, and then make all the beds ourselves because the linens came in plastic wrap on each bed.
