This spacious, beautiful residence is only 2/10th of a mile from Saint Landing Beach, a very popular Brewster beach on sandy Cape Cod Bay. Only a stone's throw to Mant's Landing Beach, a local favorite! This residence is centrally air conditioned, offering three bedrooms, a game room with a full sized pull out sofa, foosball table, & pool table.
The spacious first floor has a bedroom with a full sized bed, a large & well equipped kitchen, a dining room furnished to comfortably seat 8, a spacious vaulted living room, full bath with walk-in shower, & washer/dryer. The second floor has the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed & an additional bedroom with three twin sized beds.

Brewster Attractions~

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!

Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT's Seafood and Cobie's for casual beach bites and plates.

Great vacation rental

We truly enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect for my family and well equipped with beach supplies and games for all ages. I gave it only 4 stars because the pull out bed in the game room did not have a comforter/blankets with it rendering it useless to us as we discovered it late in the evening at bedtime. Being from California, we didn’t pack any extra linen items. So be aware that although the listing says it sleeps 9, there is only comforters/blankets for 7. Also, the listing info is missing quite a bit of information about what the house is actually equipped with. We were pleasantly surprised to find many unlisted items, making our stay that much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Brewster House

I thought the property was more distant from the shore than was represented in the description of the property. We were never able to access the internet/TV. The message was to reconnect the router but that did not solve the problem.
