Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio

Air conditioning was not working agency did nothing to rectify issues

This was a very disappointing experience. It began with communication with the agency asking if the property might be ready early and received an abrupt response from them even though I had made it clear that we were happy with the 3pm checkin time and that we were just checking. We then got to the agency office at 3.15 and were told that the property was still being cleaned and that they didnt have the keys - the property was 20 min away from the office and we would find it clean and ready by the time we got there. We were ok with this since we understand its a busy time of year. Got there and found that the cleaners were still there - the place was "ready" at about 4.30. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms, the balcony was dirty and the airconditioning wasnt working. I contacted the agency to advise of this and was told to send an email. I sent an email and later found that they had placed rubbish bage, toilet paper and detergent near the front door while we were out but the air conditioning was not fixed. The advertising for this property is very misleading. We felt ripped off for the amount we paid (almost $2000 for two nights!). We are requesting a refund for our stay as we had to spend a signifiant time out looking for somewhere to be out of the heat.

Comfortable home with ducted air conditioning. Pillows however didn’t have pillowcases on them, but most of us had our own pillows and some used towels were on the back of the bedroom doors. Overall the view looking out to the lake was really nice to wake up to.
