THE SUMNER LAKE HOUSE is a beautiful residence with 2 Bed - 2.5Bath with a breathtaking salt pool overlooking Lake Sumner / Newly constructed architectural unique space. Sleep 4 people / Easy parking / Private helipad for guests coming by air 🚁 NO PETS ALLOWED


This house is decorated with modern and comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi and AC. The residence is located on Lake Sumner with an amazing paradise lake view! 


The property has spacious rooms, large screened in covered patio and non-screened sun deck with salt pool overlooking Lake Sumner (can be heated at extra cost) 


. This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate and catch some sun on the sun deck, grill some delicious food while overlooking nature, roast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy breathtaking and relaxing sunrises/sunsets over Lake Sumner! BBQ rental & Fire Pit incur additional fees. 


We are located 35 min from the many Orlando attractions, and our Resort is set on 450 beautiful acres. Whether you are a keen water-sports enthusiast, active and enjoy golf, cycling, walking and hiking; or just looking for a beautiful place to relax, we have something for you.  


We are a world-renowned Florida Resort. We welcome guests and athletes from many countries and all of our fifty states. Several of our guests return year after year, as they have discovered our piece of paradise. We hope to welcome you soon!

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.

PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :

Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.

• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

The Dome House was great
We had a great stay this year. The property manager made sure our house was spotless. It was very comfortable, up to date and convenient. The owners of this house keep the house very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very beautiful, not much support from staff
I have actually stayed here before in a smaller room, this was the entire unit and it was very beautiful and spacious. They did have a crew show up one morning to resurface the pool which was a little disruptive. Otherwise, it continues to seem strange that check in is at 5pm and they close the office at 4pm. I would prefer that someone was in the office when we check in.
