Casa Blanca is a 3,000 SF modern house of 3 floors set in a magnificent tropical setting within walking distance of Samara beach. It offers privacy and tranquility and is the perfect property for guests seeking a luxury hideaway in a pristine environment with a culturally diversified nearby town with a variety of restaurants and shops.

The property's setting, open spaces, makes it ideal for large groups amd families of up to 8 persons. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king-size bed, its own elegant bathroom with large showers and a view on the ocean. An additional den with a sofa bed is available on the second floor and you'll find a powder room on the first floor. The house, like the majority in Costa Rica, has no access to hot water. The water for the showers is heated by outside heat via a tank on the roof.

The elegant salon and brand new kitchen open onto a spacious terrace that overlooks a beautiful pool and a terrasse. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gaz cooktop and modern appliances, however the dishwasher provided is not functional.

The property's lush landscaping features an amazing array of native flowering plants such as Bougainvillea and Royal palm trees. A large variety of colourful birds, butterflies, and howler monkeys can also be observed.

On-site parking is available and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi Internet is complimentary.
Oscar, our security guard, ensures the peace of the place, the care of the plants and the maintenance of the swimming pool. He can also make himself available to clean your car when you return from an excursion, or to help you out with any questions about the operation of a household appliance. Please note that Oscar only speaks Spanish and a tip according to services rendered will be greatly appreciated.
