The Palms 1015 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, condo with amazing, gulf-front views from the 10th floor.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sectional sofa with a large flat-screen wall-mounted TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and a ceiling fan.

• The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds with a TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Room, Ice Maker, Indoor Pool, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Meeting Room, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, Tennis Court, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

It was wonderful!

My experience was awesome! Our accommodations were clean and spacious. Everything was so easy to do, and the extra benefits like discounts and free admissions were unexpected and appreciated!!!

Issues in the condo

I enjoyed my overall stay at The Palms 1015, but there were some issues going on that really inconvenienced me and my family. The was a leak in the ceiling which caused the maintenance people to have open the ceiling on the kitchen and we had to keep loud blowers and a dehumidifier running to dry the place out. The blowers keep blowing Sheetrock and other debris all over our things in the kitchen. I was thankful and impressed by the owner of this condo because he called me ahead of time to inform me about what was going on so I wouldn’t be surprised upon arrival. He also told me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience and I’m thankful for that as well.

Great location! Nice condo!

Great location with lots of shops, grocery stories and dining options nearby! Loved having an indoor and an outdoor pool! Beaches weren’t super crowded, even for spring break!
