VISTANA Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Beach Safety: During your stay, please do your part to help save the sea turtles. Sea turtles are protected by federal, state, county, and city acts and ordinances. You can help by keeping the beach dark at night, picking up litter and potential barriers, reporting any issues you discover, and being mindful of sea turtle nesting areas, which are present from March to October. There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

A long-time, family-friendly favorite, Mulligans Beach House Bar & Grill is a delightful neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located 3 miles away in downtown Jensen Beach (and right on the Indian River) you’ll get great views and a menu featuring fresh seafood, wraps, salads and the locally famous Pirate’s Passion—a tasty cocktail served in a souvenir coconut. Bring the kids on Thursday evening for Family Night, complete with balloons and face painting.
BROCK’S SURFSIDE GRILL & PIZZERIA
