A17SP - 2 Bedrooms, 2.0 Baths (Sleeps 6)

The Sand Pebbles complex is a great oceanfront location for your relaxing beach getaway! Unit A17 features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and TVs. Updates include new ceiling fans, installed water filtration in the kitchen, new sleeper sofa, new deck covering, new fixtures and tile in both bathrooms, and updated flooring throughout the condo. Spend your days sunbathing by the pool or take a walk along the beautiful shoreline. Enjoy down time on your deck and grab a quick bite across the street. Carolina Beach is a small coastal town with lots of local charm to explore. We have great restaurants, the boardwalk, the aquarium - and historic downtown Wilmington is a short drive away.

No smoking and No pets allowed. The HOA does allow two guest parking passes. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle.

Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Great stay, but manager issues

The location was perfect and the condo was clean and cute! We had an after hours issue and there was no emergency number and when we did contact the manager the next morning, nothing was taken care of. We also asked for a hair dryer and they said they would bring it and never did. The owner is wonderful, property is lovely, but the manger’s office was struggling.

The property was clean, there was no mattress pad cover on master bed, keys were unmarked and very hard to use. They had a nest thermostat that THE owner controlled. If I am paying that kind of money I would like to be comfortable and have access to lower or raise the temperature! Our car was towed! They should give you a sticker for your window as our car had a block mirror and the pass would not hang on it, but was insight.
