Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in Ajax, located near the desirable neighborhoods of Rossland and Salem! Our home is the perfect choice for families, friends, and travelers who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals for your group and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining area seats six comfortably, making it perfect for family dinners or gathering with friends.

All of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, providing privacy and a peaceful sleeping environment. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share a guest washroom. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and ample closet space.

**Please note that the basement is not included in the rental and is occupied by the hosts, who have their own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom for their own convince. Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor and upper floor (the main entrance is shared for all). Our home also features a fully fenced backyard and a two-car garage. Parking is shared and we prefer that guests park on one side of the driveway, leaving the other side for the hosts. If you need additional parking, please coordinate with us accordingly (for registered free street parking).**

Our home is conveniently located near several highways, including Highway 401, which makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that the area has to offer. Just a short drive away, you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities, including the Ajax Community Centre, Ajax GO Station, and the Ajax Public Library.

During your stay, you will have access to the main floor and upstairs of the house, with the exception of the basement, which is occupied by the hosts. Please note that parties or any other gatherings are not allowed. Parking will need to be shared with the hosts who reside in the basement. If you need additional parking, please coordinate with us accordingly.
