LOCATED A HALF MILE FROM SNOW PARK LODGE AT THE BASE OF DEER VALLEY RESORT

Typically, these townhome-style condominiums feature private garages, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and fireplaces. This complex also offers a common area, outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs and a sauna. Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.

Lakeside 1709 master bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. The second bedroom, on the lower level, has two twin beds with patio access. The third bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed with patio access. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink. The residence has an additional bathroom on the main level with combination shower and tub and a single sink. This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, patio, grill, private double car garage and DVD player.

This condo is managed by Deer Valley Resort.
