Brand new construction with peek-a-boo view of the Florida Bay. This gorgeous three-bedroom two bath pool home is located in one of Islamorada's premier gated neighborhoods, close to shopping and Islamorada's finest fishing fleets. SUP paddle boards are just one of the many amenities for you to use. Throughout the house you will find beautiful tile floors, state of the art appliances, and a large open living room and kitchen. In the bedrooms you have 2 king beds and a bunk room, any family would feel totally at home. The back yard is beautifully landscaped giving you a very private feel. The adorable pool and back porch area is completely screened in, so no pesky bugs.

Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
