Excellent Location - Smoky Mountain Resort - Family Friendly - Waterpark - Sleeps 16!

This Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offers all the comforts of home. Great location, nearby the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood theme park, and downtown Gatlinburg. Guests can enjoy outdoor recreational opportunities and onsite amenities, including the heated indoor/outdoor water park.

RRI will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Due to COVID, some property amenities may not be available, or maybe on a limited basis.

- Construction Update: Please be aware that construction is taking place currently and to expect some noise between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm until further notice.
- An ID and Credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
This four bedroom villa features four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Bedding configurations are two king beds and two double beds. The unit also features four sleeper sofas. Each of the four living rooms feature a fireplace with a dining area off to the side that accommodates up to four people. This villa also comes equipped with a full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans, and dishes. The dining and living areas connect to a private, furnished balcony. Villas feature access to a washer & dryer in a common hallway.

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and layout and decor may vary.

Property features different layouts for 4 bedroom units. You may inquire prior to your booking regarding unit assignment for a specific week.
