We only stayed one night but very much wish we'd been able to enjoy this little piece of wild paradise a few more days. Upon arrival, my husband and I immediately went for a canoe trip around the little pond. Encountering beavers, herons and frogs, frogs, frogs (they were quiet at night). I enjoyed spending time with Shasta the medicine horse. The tiny home is lovely, offering a gorgeous deck from which to enjoy the night sky and critters. The interior is well-designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. I wish I did not live so far away as I would make it a regular retreat destination.
