What we love

This old-style Victorian brick home emerges from lush tree-filled leafy gardens. The grand and eclectic property evokes a fairy tale castle, full of secret rooms, cathedral ceilings and outdoor playing spaces and games room for families and friends to explore.

Fun is at the heart of this grand and spacious home. For those who love to spend a day al fresco, you have private access to the secure outdoor play area of dreams, boasting outdoor chalkboards, hopscotch, Down Ball and space for ball games. You will also enjoy the luxury of an 4 person infrared sauna. As the evenings draw in, chat around the fire pit, or retire, have a drink or put your feet up in the games den for a round of pool or darts - the ideal hideaway for teens! The adults in your party will be just as comfortable in this traditional home, kicking back to watch Apple TV or soak in the corner spa, A full bathtub is also in the Bathroom Decorated in an inviting, traditional Victorian style, this comfortable home is finished with antique touches. The kitchen and bathrooms have retained the character of the building, whilst being brought into the modern day with high-quality fittings. There are three spacious bedrooms, consisting of two queens and a bedroom with a bunk bed - the top bunk is a single and the lower a double. You also have an optional sofa bed - offering the ultimate flexibility when deciding on sleeping arrangements.

The enchanting garden is a fabulous place to spend the day, but for those who wish to venture further afield than the magical pond, you have a lot to explore very conveniently. Directly accessible via the rear gate is the Bonnie Doon community centre, with a Opp shop, playground, cubby house, cricket pitch basketball/tennis court. As well as park benches and a barbeque area under big mature oak trees.

In your local area, you can take a few metre stroll to The Great Australian Rail Trail, Fine Dinning at the Bounty Bonnie Doon restaurant and Bonnie Doon town centre general store for milk, paper and anything else you may need. Before heading down to the only 1 minute drive away boat ramps of Lake Eildon for your favorite water sports, Swim, fish or just laying back relaxing then enjoying Lunch/Dinner or a cool Drink at the Bonnie Doon Hotel. Further afield you can find fantastic bushwalking, 4-4 trails, trail bike riding, Horse riding, Golf Courses and for the snow bunnies a 1.10min drive to the top of Mt Buller . But for those who come to unwind and forget the stress - just sit back and relax, and enjoy the serenity. Fresh air, mountain views, local wineries, and restaurants can't be beaten!

10.Heating and air conditioning ample to heat and cool the whole house.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri-bunk bed (upper: single bunk, lower: double bunk)

Lounge area: Sofa bed (please advise us in advance fees may apply)

A high chair and portacot are available. Please bring your own linen for the portacot.

Parking:

Please note: 1 carport is occupied by the boat but there's still the second carport and plenty of room in the driveway for guests to park up to 2-3 cars.

If you will bring caravan on site, please notify us in advance for approval, charges may apply for $25 per person per night, however boat parking is free of charge.



The neighbourhood

Explore the series of diverse villages which make up Bonnie Doon spreading north and south from the highway. Venture out on Maintongoon, Hutchinson or Dry Creek roads to discover the hidden Bonnie Doon!

A fabulous bite to eat is Bounty Bonnie Doon, a fresh take on Biangbiang noodles, inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine from the Shaanxi Province.

Make like a motorcyclist and use Bonnie Doon as a base for a weekend rally around picturesque Lake Eildon and the King Valley.

Check out the Bonnie Doon Community Centre where you'll find an Opp shop, community hall, children's playground, Football oval, cricket pitch, Basketball and combined tennis court. Additionally, the Community Centre functions as a heritage repository and encourages exploration of the district's past.


Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:Excess cleaning fees,Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ,Excess garbage removal,Damage or breakages at the property,Loss of keys or scanners andLate check-out.Our rates are based on twin shares. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Staysdenying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Fantastic Home & Location
We had 5 days at this lovely home and had a great holiday. The home was very clean and had every it said it would. It was great home for the whole family to enjoy with the games room, sauna and fantastic outdoor area. It is a 2 min walk to the service station/ grocery store and also down to the lake in the opposite direction. Plenty of room for our boat and car to be parked inside the property and we would have no hesitation in booking this property again. The host were very good to deal with and the check in and out process was very easy. The instruction manual on how to use everything was also very clear with a number of video tutorials to make it very very easy to enjoy every bit of the home. Highly recommend a visit.

Our experience at this amazing holiday house was amazing! Michael the host was very nice and responded to us as soon as possible when we had any questions. The house was very nice and clean and provided the essential necessities for an amazing experience.

Relaxing, calm, spacious and super clean
We had a great stay here! It's quiet, calming and super spacious. It was very clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It looked just like the photos. The location was great, we were able to walk to Bounty in less than 5 mins! Booking and communication with the host was easy. We will definitely stay again when we come back!
