Recently renovated, my place includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and with all the essentials for a good night’s rest including hotel quality linens, bedding, mattress & blackout curtains. There is also a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy workspace (incl. ethernet, monitor, keyboard & mouse - no printer). The Living Room includes 2 large comfy leather couches, a sofa-bed with double bed, a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Roku included. As well there is an indoor (sunroom) & outdoor (balcony) patio space perfect for eating, relaxing or planning your itinerary.
I provide free secure underground parking within the premises. There is also free parking in front of my building (within view of my rental) – free 2-hour on weekdays, unlimited free parking nights and weekends. My rental is also within walking distance of the C-Train, Public Transit and Lime Scooters. However, Calgary's core and all it has to provide is within walking distance.
The entire condo is yours. Self Check-in (Smart-Lock). I'll buzz you into the building the first time. You'll take elevators to the second floor. Once in my rental, I provide you with a FOB for secure access to the building and underground heated parkade.
I provide a deep-clean and disinfect my rental before and after each of my guest's stays. This includes fresh clean linens and towels.
