This beautifully designed living area is equipped with comfy couch convertible to Sofa bed (sleeps 1) where you can sit back and relax while watching your favorite movie in the big wall mounted HD TV after spending the day exploring the Marina walk. This area will be great spot for you to relax and have unforgettable moments with your friends and family. The space is complemented with a comfy arm chair round center table, carpet & unique ceiling light

Next to it is a elegant dinning area that comes with a round dining table & four upholstered dining chairs, where you can bond with each other over the delicious meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you simply want coffee in the morning or prepare a grand meal, the spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as stove, oven, cookware, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and more for your comfort.

You and your family or friends can enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramp! Sleep better in a comfortable King bed with luxurious linens and comfortable mattresses. The room comes complete with inbuilt wardrobes, soft carpet and dresser.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram or train there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City among many others.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The route includes Marina Mall, Dubai Marina and Marina Promenade.

The Marina Towers tram station is 9 minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
