This spacious 1800 square foot, 2 bed/1 bath loft in the heart of downtown St. Louis' Historic Washington Avenue District is the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer!

This loft has been converted from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and comfortably sleeps 6! The 2nd bedroom is in the living area and is closed off by 6-foot room dividers. This is a true loft!

Great views of Washington Ave city lights!

Spacious and clean, this loft has everything you need. Master suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. The second bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed. Dining room table accommodates six guests comfortably. Open concept kitchen and living room make a great gathering place. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, 4k Roku HDTV and seating for 6.
Includes washer and dryer, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, coffee maker, clothes steamer, and WiFi.

This place was great and I would stay here any time I'm in the area. The host was beyond helpful and friendly. I would choose this over any hotel. Great location for families with children.

City Light Views

I chose this property as a fun & funky spot for my daughter & I to stay a few days & it was an excellent location, so easy to get to everything by walking. The building & the suite have got a real city-gritty vibe so be prepared for the emersed experience. The city views from the suite were fantastic & the restaurants were all excellent & within walking distance. The check-in process was a bit challenging at first but the property manager was excellent with answering calls & texts. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay here again.

Cool Place!

We loved our stay here. The flat is super unique and was perfect for our family of 3 plus our pup. The location is awesome! You literally walk out the back door and are at the City Museum entrance. There is a park within a couple blocks for walking the dog and tons to do close by. Will definitely book again when we come to St. Louis!!

St. Louis - 2 day trip

Property owner was very communicative and cooperative throughout the process and the location to everything downtown was ideal! With that said, the area it is in seemed a little bit on the rough side and we were not able to use the included parking due to risk of car theft. The common areas in the loft were dirty and there was a constant smell of marijuana throughout the 2 days of our trip, which was a big issue as we were traveling with 3 kids. The loft itself was sizeable, but dirty with seemingly minimal upkeep (broken furniture, missing light bulbs, broken blinds). Overall a decent value, but know that you get what you pay for!

Great location for City Museum

We stayed in the flat for a family vacation at city museum. The flat was right next to the city museum. Which was awesome. Sadly, St Louis itself is pretty run down. The communication with the owner was great! We had his personal phone number and was easy to get ahold of. The flat would have been great if it wasn’t for two families with children. The benefit is that the flat was so open, the kids could play. Which was my fault, I assumed it was 2 rooms not just a flat. It was not the cleanest loft and the bathroom sink leaked. The owner did respond and came the next morning to fix it. Overall, the location was great with private parking. Our families had a great time.

Hello, we are Arthur and Ashleigh. We met in 2007 on Washington Avenue at a night club called Lucky’s and have been together ever since. At the time, Arthur was a personal trainer and Ashleigh worked for a local sports team. We both grew up in St. Louis County and then moved to the loft district in early 2007 to experience trendy, urban living. We had a lot of great times hanging out on Wash Ave, enjoying everything from the diverse selection of restaurants, the vibrant nightlife, and the excitement of St. Louis’ professional sports teams! Here we are 13 years later still enjoying city living but now in a house in South St. Louis City with our two dogs Tank and Bruno. We miss the energetic, urban, loft-style living so we decided to get properties in our favorite parts of the city to share those great experiences with you! We look forward to providing a warm, hospitable stay for all our guests, and love to share our personal tips and recommendations to ensure your stay is everything you want and more.

Growing up, one of my favorite movies is Great Expectations. In the movie, the main character, played by Ethan Hawke, is an upcoming artist, and he is given this workspace/apartment, an industrial loft to work on his paintings. I had never really seen anything like that before, and I always wanted to live in one. When we were looking for a space to buy, I came across Art Lofts. They were originally designed for a local artists to live and work. One of the residents in the building says that 20 years ago, you could not live there unless you were an artist. The idea is for our guests to feel what it is like to live like a local artist.

Our building is right in front of the most famous museums in Missouri, the City Museum. You can spend a whole day there letting your kids play on the 10 story slide or the MonstrCity Castle while you look at internationally renowned contemporary artist and Saint Louis based artist work in the Saint Louis Art Center
