Slopeside Views Chalet is the ultimate vacation destination for those looking to enjoy year round activities at Snow Snow Resort and the Big Bear area! Fully furnished with your vacation stay in mind your group will have all that you need to experience a relaxing and memorable trip to the mountains. Enjoy ski slope and bike park views from your private patio deck as you sip your first cup of coffee in the mornings or unwind in the evening after your day of adventure on the mountain. Located within a quick ten minute drive to the Village, marina, and both resorts you will have the very best of Big Bear right at your fingertips here.

The cozy and warm living room area offers comfortable couches for you to snuggle up and warm your toes in front of the toasty wood fireplace as you pop on a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) You will love the open floor plan here flowing seamlessly to the dining area and your equipped and open kitchen, perfect for entertaining as you prepare your home cooked meals and snacks for the slopes. Oak cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils for your group along with general appliances and a dishwasher to ensure your cleanup is also a breeze. The cute half bath off of the kitchen area is an added convenience along with a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes and extended stays here in the mountains.

Offering a reverse floor plan you will have easy access to your cozy living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper level while your spacious sleeping quarters are downstairs. Enjoy patio and yard access from your larger bunk room along with a great full bathroom for the group. All of your rooms are made up for your group's visit with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive. You will love having direct access to the great sun deck from the main bedroom where you can enjoy soaking up your fun day of adventure. Out back you will love the cute private patio area which offers ski slope and bike park views of Chair #2 of the resorts, with outdoor patio furnishings available you will love spending your time relaxing here on the sun deck. Good location for Snow Summit
Pros: Active property management, close to Snow Summit, dedicated parking, kitchen had everything you need. Cons: Hot tub is not for guest, ants in the bathroom, sheer curtains let in light at night, and the heat does not evenly heat the town home.

Location location location
We've stayed at these condos several times, and this unit was great. They are a perfect size for a family of four. Being steps away from the Snow Summit lifts and not having to deal with parking is such an amazing feature of this place. Also the hot tub is a great perk after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was amply stocked for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place right by the slopes!
Stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway and it was great! The location is a 3 minute walk from the Snow Summit slopes so that was very convenient. Great place!

Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

There is no early arrival or later departure availability during peak season and holidays.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
