The living area boasts a full-sized sofa and two swivel chairs situated perfectly in front of the floor to ceiling windows! The 40" flat screen is hung in the perfect spot for everyone to view it! Step out the sliding glass doors to your own personal balconies in the two front bedrooms, complete with loungers and a table with chairs for 4. The pool views from this spot can't be beat!
This unit also has a washer and dryer!

For the avid cook of the family, the galley-style kitchen is complete with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare meals for the group. There are also newly upgraded, stainless-steel appliances.

The refined dining area is situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows and will seat up to four, so if you are looking for dinner and a view, look no further! For extra seating for dining there will also be four extra seats at the bar!
