As you continue in the home, a bistro styled table with set of 4 chairs will be present in the dining area. Following the dining table, you will be met by the spacious living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and large flat screen television equipped with Roku and many other streaming applications. The living room is also the main access point for the stunning balcony. The master bedroom is located just off of the living room and is furnished with a king sized bed, two night stands with matching lamps and black out curtains. The master bedroom includes an en suite master bath equipped with a double vanity sink with matching granite countertops, large separate soaking tub and walk in shower and cabinets for ample storage. This home includes a full sized washer and dryer located just off of the main entrance of the home.

There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.
