- Guests must provide government ID prior to finalizing reservation.

- Local residents need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, email and age prior to instant booking to avoid cancellation.

- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.

- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes the balcony.

- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

- A guest is considered an "overnight guest" after 10 pm

- No loud music

Great Location, terrific property

We loved our time in San Antonio. The property was in a great location, easy access to both the Riverwalk and the Pearl and across the street from SAMA. The condo was nicely appointed. Richard, the host, was very responsive to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment

An amazing location to stay at great view of the river can get right on the river walk, parking and a beautiful 2 bedroom apt. Comfortable beds and more than enough towels. Highly recommend!
