The Space:
Your stay here will be the soul-igniting trip of a lifetime you're after! The apartment is in one of the most unique developments where incredible architecture meets the elements of nature, the jungle and actual art!

This beautiful and spacious condo features:

- Gorgeous open living space where indoors and outdoors flows effortlessly with high-quality finishings and decor, lovely artwork, and comfortable areas to relax…you’ll never want to leave!

- A dining table with comfortable seating for 4 for a relaxed sit-down dinner at home with laughs and mealtime chats.

- A private plunge pool and patio with seating and space to relax the day away and just breathe.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to prepare healthy meals at home.

- 2 bedrooms (both with TVs!) and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom & TV
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed, TV & access to the terrace

- We provide some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment complimentary during your stay.

The condo concept is an exquisite project surrounded by jungle, offering outstanding amenities like a swimming pool and lounge area, wellness spa, botanical garden and hydrotherapy (jacuzzi), a fabulous jungle jacuzzi (need to reserve in advance), a contemporary art gallery and a library (with books in English and Spanish!)

Plus, if you ever venture out (which you may not! and we'd understand why!) there are so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and your private pool area during your stay. Plus enjoy the complex pool & lounge area, and other amenities such as the wellness spa, botanical garden and hydrotherapy (jacuzzi), a fabulous jungle jacuzzi (need to reserve in advance), a contemporary art gallery and a library (with books in English and Spanish!)

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located within the residential community between the beach and town, this is an evolving, mixed-use community with residences, planned shops, a town center, and ample green space for walking and biking. It is perfectly situated about halfway between the famous Tulum beaches and the downtown (Pueblito).

There are world-renowned restaurants in Tulum but here's a few nearby we recommend:

- Burrito Amor

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you're driving, just check your mobile map app for accurate driving time as it will vary depending on time of day.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

The condo is a fully non-smoking property (not allowed inside the units nor in the common areas).

Parties, events, and business meetings are not allowed, under any circumstances, at any hour, in any place within the building.

No noise allowed between 10 pm and 8 am

The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm

To use the common area jungle jacuzzi, guests need to book at least 6 hours in advance. The jacuzzi is available from 12 pm to 9 pm. A maximum of 2 people is allowed at a time.

There is a gym available at the complex

Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot.

All of our properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.

If you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that! Just let us know!

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost - Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. This service would be extra.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed on the premises at all. And the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay and access to the on-site amenities. Should you need anything, we're available 7 days a week, just send us a message.
