Family Fun House is the perfect house for the whole family to enjoy, including your fury friend.
Spread out across two levels and sleeping up to 8 guests, it easily accomodates 2 families and has a second living/rumpus room with Smart TV downstairs that opens out to the backyard, perfect for a teenage retreat.

On this level there is 2x Single Beds and 1x Double Bed, its own bathroom, private outdoor dining table to the side of the property and access to the backyard and pool area.

Guests have internal access to the garage from this level also.

The functional layout is open plan on the upper level with a large entertaining balcony with outdoor kitchen and ocean glimpses, catching the fresh sea breezes throughout the day with many outdoor seating options to choose from.
The large full equipped kitchen with induction cooktop has conserntina windows opening out to the outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
The pool table and in-ground pool with poolside furntiture as well as brand new reverse cycle air conditioning will keep the entire family happy throughout the summer.
Keep warm throughout the cooler months with the large wood burning fireplace in the lounge room.

The property is full fenced for your fury friend and has astro turf in the backyard, perfect for the kids.

On this level, there are two more bedrooms with Queen Beds and remote control external blinds in each, and the main bathroom with freestanding bath.

Killcare and Hardy's Bay offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk is a popular go-to, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.

Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs with an art gallery, general store, hair salon, cafes and boutique shops.
Bigger shops and grocery stores are just a short drive away to either Kincumber or Umina. There are restaurants such as Bells at Killcare and Tallows, as well as relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose and Hardys Bay Bistro.
