Falls City Brewery is at the end of the block.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop directly in front of the home. Ubers and Lyfts usually arrive within 2-5minutes.
Bird scooters are also a great way to “scoot” around town.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
