The Space:
The home away from home you’ve been looking for is here and it’s conveniently located in Central Colorado Springs! This fully-furnished home is comfortable & practical and has plenty of room to fit up to 8 guests. Bring the dogs and leave the rest behind, with all the amenities you could need for a mid-term stay. All 4 bedrooms have queen size beds & the bathrooms are clean and conventional. This year-round retreat fits every lifestyle & provides endless opportunities for Colorado adventure.

Feel welcomed in this brick beauty with a fun, refreshed style, boasting all the comforts of a modern home. Enter through the front door with an attached storm door for extra security and find yourself in the light and bright living room. The space blends contemporary style with cozy furnishings, including two cushioned couches with plenty of pillows and matching coffee and side tables. Tons of natural light seep through the big windows but the convenient shades provide privacy. Though the flat screen is mounted, the tv stand provides storage for the console, books, remotes, and any other items you want within reach. Stunning Colorado wall art, matching lamps, and an elegant rug complete the living room.

Follow the stunning wood floors into the dining room where your best meals are waiting to be had. The round dining table has four matching chairs and is seated in front of another huge window. You can even use this space as an additional office space. Connected to the dining room is the kitchen, creating an easy flow from one room to the other. The kitchen has plenty of storage and tons of cabinet space. Everything you could need to make any-sized meal is available at your fingertips! Fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker, tea kettle, spices and herbs, and sufficient utensils and dinnerware. Everything you need to cook however much (or little) as you desire.

Down the hall from the kitchen leads to bedrooms 1 and 2 on the main floor. The 1st bedroom is furnished with all the essentials; a queen size bed, matching bedside tables, a dresser, hamper, and large rug. Plush bedding and enough pillows for you to have the ultimate sleep are provided, along with fresh linens and clean towels. No need to live out of your suitcase when there’s a nice-sized closet with hangers to hold all your garmets and personal items. Also on the same floor is the second bedroom, which has been transformed into an office space, perfect for remote work! Make use of the desktop computer and Canon printer, or bring your own tech to connect to the ultra-fast wifi. Create an additional study/office space with the smaller desk, chair, and whiteboard hanging above on the wall.

The shared bathroom on the main floor is tidy, white, and serene. It has a small vanity and tiled flooring and walls, creating a space that is understated yet refined. The shower/tub combo offers guests the opportunity to take a quick rinse or a relaxing soak. Soaps, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided along with the option to keep your own toiletries under the sink or in the large storage cabinet.

Beyond the kitchen is the sunroom add-on, filled with sunlight and cozy furniture. Unwind with a beverage and a good book or enjoy a family meal at the large dining table. Feel the warmth of the mini stove fireplace as you rock back and forth in the wooden rocking chairs and watch the sun go down all around you. Pull the blinds down when you need extra privacy or open all the windows on the warmer days. Enjoy easy access to the backyard.

Down the stairs from the sunroom is a basement level family/game room and two more bedrooms. The extra living space is furnished with two couches, an armchair, grand piano, foosball table, and flatscreen TV. With plenty of seating and a convenient coffee table to hold your snacks and drinks, this is the perfect gathering place for groups. The floating shelves above the couches are not only stylish, but hold a collection of books to choose from. Play a song on the piano or a game of foosball and never get bored in this room!

Ready for some rest and relaxation? Take refuge in one of the bedrooms on this floor for some much needed downtime. Both rooms are similarly styled and have queen sized beds. They each have their own closet space as well as a dresser, and the platform beds allow for extra storage space underneath. Rinse off the day in the lovely shared bathroom. The hardwood floors, sparkling vanity, and large walk-in shower add a touch of grandeur allowing you to feel completely refreshed.

The back patio and yard are an idyllic setting for entertaining, playing games, or watching wildlife. Gather around the outdoor gas fireplace in one of the patio chairs and escape into your own private Colorado Springs sanctuary. There’s also a propane grill for the bbq lovers. Beyond the patio and gate is a large, level yard with a small well and an area for gardening. The huge mature trees provide shade in the warmer months and are prime for bird watching and other sights and sounds of Mother nature.

Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
This peaceful neighborhood gives the gift of being centrally located while still feeling secluded and private. Those seeking fun outdoor activities can find those close by such as Palmer Park, the Rock Island hiking trail, Jefferson Park, and Wasson Park’s baseball field. The lively and eventful Downtown Area is just a 12 minute drive if you have a car or you can hop on the transit at the Constitution/Afton stop, just 300 feet away. Don’t forget the world-famous tourist attractions that draw 6-million visitors to Colorado Springs annually, such as the Garden of the Gods center, less than 20 minutes away. For some nearby eateries and bars, check out the My Jerky Shop, Willie’s South, Cup N Cone, or Leon Gessi New York Style Pizza.

Nice Home, Great Location!
I rented this home for almost three months and it met my needs perfectly! The home is centrally located ... convenient to anything and everything you would need. There are four nice-sized bedrooms with queen beds (we only used two rooms), two upstairs and three downstairs. I did need to add a mattress pad on my own because my partner has a bad back. The home was clean and spacious and I really appreciated the appliances and utensils in the kitchen so I could prepare our meals. My dog loved the backyard (and the doggie next door!). Response time from the management company, Hoste, was excellent. We didn't use the firepit because of the weather (cold and snowy months) but in warmer/dryer months it would be awesome! Thank you!
