The Biltmore is a prestigious community and rated very high in quality of life. Nicest areas in the whole valley with $10,000,000 homes around the corner. Perfectly located 1 bedroom ground floor condo with absolutely stunning lakeside and golf course views in a great area for shopping, golfing, restaurants, and entertainment. Relax at the clubhouse in either of the two pools and hot tubs or enjoy the community gym.

The kitchen includes a breakfast nook, as you round the corner you have a full dining room table and plenty of seating for guests in the living room. The bedroom has large walk in closet with an extra cot for that additional guest that may want to stay. Full size washer and dryer.

The Biltmore Terrace is a desirable, gated community that is located on the Arizona Biltmore Estates, adjacent to the 3rd and 4th holes of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Course. With lovely golf course, lake, and mountain views, the Biltmore Terrace is set in Phoenix's financial district which features multiple 5-star restaurants and the Biltmore Fashion Park.

The Biltmore Terrace boasts a very strong sense of community and gorgeous upkeep of grounds and facilities. Amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a freshly renovated clubhouse, conference room and exercise room. Within minutes are many hiking trails including Piestewa Peak, Camelback Mountain, and Dreamy Draw. Just through the back gate of the property is shopping, coffee, and restaurants including Hava Java, Matts Big Breakfast, Bobby-Q BBQ Restaurant and Gelato Spot to name a few.
