Welcome to our beachside retreat, nestled just 100 meters from the Blairgowrie front beach. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and numerous indoor and outdoor amenities, our home is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 12.

The Space:

- This home boasts a spacious and modern upstairs area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and separate sitting room.
- Take in the glorious sunshine with a dip in the solar heated 13m x 5.5m swimming pool or lounge in the ample backyard area.
* Please note solar heated pool will be most effective in the warmer Summer and Spring months. Solar is not effective in the colder months of the year.
- The outdoor space also features a BBQ-equipped alfresco area upstairs and a large outdoor dining table and chairs downstairs for all your entertaining needs.
- The wrap-around balcony offers stunning views of the backyard and pool, as well as outdoor dining for six and separate seating for two.
- Downstairs, a kitchen and rumpus room await, featuring a pool table (with pool and snooker equipment provided) and TV
- For the younger members of your party, there are a plethora of toys, including pool toys, outdoor toys, and a stand-up paddle-board with trolley to carry it down to the beach.
- A library is located in the downstairs hallway cupboard, with books for both adults and children.
- Large back yard for children to play and to relax by the pool
- Dedicated workspace complete with monitor and HDMI
- Two smart TVs (one upstairs in the family room and one downstairs in the rumpus room)
- High-speed WiFi and Netflix provided
- Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided)

Our home is perfectly situated just 100 meters from the Blairgowrie front beach and the Harry Blythe Playground on Adelaide Street. A three-minute drive (or ten-minute walk) will take you to the Blairgowrie shopping strip, where you can find great cafes, restaurants, a butcher, an IGA and a bottle shop. A ten-minute drive will take you to Sorrento and the Ocean Beach Road shopping strip, and a seven-minute drive will take you to Woolworths, Rye.

Other attractions in the area include the Alba Thermal Springs & Spa and the Peninsula Hot Springs (15 minutes by car), the Enchanted Adventure Park (25 minutes by car) and stunning wineries (30 minutes by car). The nearby Rye festival offers fun entertainment for children during the summer holidays and is just a five-minute drive away.

Our home can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Master Bedroom: One King four poster bed, walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2: One King Bed, built in robes and drawers
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (double bed below and single above) and separate single bed, built in robes and drawers

Downstairs
Bedroom 4: One single daybed that extends to a double bed, built in robe
Bedroom 5: One Queen bed, built in robe

1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.

Family weekend in Blairgowrie
We 9A family of 8 adults) spent a weekend at this amazing property and would love to return. The house was spotlessly clean and very well supplied with everything. The living areas are very modern, lovely furniture, and so spacious with lots of natural light. Bedrooms very comfortable. The pool is great, pretty big and solar heated. Nice back garden, quite large. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and local shops. Very highly recommended.

Great house in an even better location
We loved this house! It was clean, had everything we needed and in a great location. Plenty of space and the downstairs/pool area; awesome for entertaining. My only critique would be the super firm mattresses on the beds but this of course is personal preference. All in all an excellent stay.
