Situated right on the water at Great Mackerel Beach, the cottage has direct beach access and a stunning northerly aspect. Enjoy an early morning swim in the crystal clear waters, and then relax and take in the magnificent views.

The newly renovated cottage is bright and airy with modern amenities and a large outdoor deck to take in the views. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend away or a fun family holiday, Mackerel Beach Cottage is a perfect choice.

Great Mackerel Cottage is one of only a few homes that sit directly on the sand of Mackerel Beach and is adjacent to the ferry wharf making arriving at the house a breeze and whilst you have a morning coffee or afternoon Aperol, watch the kids swim or fish from the wharf.

One of the beauties of Great Mackere Beach is that it is only 50 minutes from the CBD but the area boasts no roads and no cars. If you don't have your own boat, part of the romantic delight of your holiday will be coming across on the old wooden ferry ‘Myra’ from Palm Beach which direct is only a 10 minute trip to the wharf adjacent to your stay at Mackerel Beach Cottage.

This stunning escape is just 43 km from the Sydney CBD and situated on the western shore of Pittwater in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. In short, it's a tranquil slice of unspoilt paradise. So just roll up in your boat or on the ferry and let the kids roam the area whilst you unwind.

This property also has the option to rent the rear cabin. In the cabin, there is a queen bed, 2 King single beds as well as a bathroom (with bath) and another tv area, perfect for the kids.
