Welcome to 7th Heaven!

Newly acquired home with modern styling, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a very nice neighborhood. When entering the home your are greeted by deluxe and modern styling from living space to kitchen and bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious room with queen sized bed and TV, great sized closets and adjacent master bathroom features a large walk in shower and his and hers sinks.
The split floodplain allows for privacy on either end of the home with guest bedrooms located on the opposite side. Guest bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed, walk in closet and large TV, while Guest bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a total of 4 sleeping spaces in twin size. A TV has been provided for our small guests for this room also.
The fully equipped kitchen will ensure that you can cook just like at home and also enables great entertainment for friends and family. The kitchen has all upgrades possible and nothing has been left out.

Enjoy the florida lifestyle at the electric heated pool where you have a fenced yard for privacy, a lounging area for beautiful evening get togethers and a gas grill for all of your BBQing needs.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Very clean property, good location.

We arrived very late in the day to the property. We found it with no issue. Had pass code instructions prior to arrival and all went smooth entering the property. Very clean and modern look once entered. Master bedroom is separate from other bedrooms which is nice with adult kids. Neighborhood was clean, no issues. Close to variety of restaurants, stores, things to do, beach we went to took approx 30 minutes. Pool was very nice. Used almost daily for week we were there. 86 degree water. I would recommend this property and would stay again. Few cons but no deal breaker. Beds mattress' are very solid and stiff and made it difficult to sleep. Master bedroom has bath attached, however, there is no door from bedroom to bathroom. Strange set up. Not thrilled about rental property sign outside when renting for week. Safety concern. Last, front doors are tinted but seem like easy to see inside, limited privacy. Again, these are not deal breakers as how clean house was and its location. Still 5 star property.
