The owner got all the essentials right with this 2-bed (1 double, 1 single) apartment. It’s impeccably presented, fresh, and filled with light. The open plan living welcomes cooling breezes from front to back and there’s a nice view of the Mount. The bathroom is pristine and the kitchen is very well set up for a casual dinner or early evening aperitive. You’re just beyond the noise of town (5 minute’s drive) and a stroll to the beach. Park up in the onsite carpark and enjoy your holiday!

This apartment building is also home to one of the best cafés in the area, Mixture Eatery. Come downstairs first thing for a breakfast of Dutch pancakes or Chia seed and Quinoa porridge. And after a day at the beach treat yourself to Buttermilk Free Range Chicken – it’s delicious. You’re also right next to Blake Park which is just as likely to host a car rally as a cricket game.

The #5 Bay Bus route between Bayfair - Mount Maunganui - Tauranga and Vice Versa is located within 50m of the Apartment.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
