And a kitchen that’s equipped above and beyond a standard rental kitchen, with a KitchenAid mixer, crockpots, bakeware, coffee station, and lots more. Need a specific utensil for your family feast? Just ask! We likely have it. 🙂

We outfitted Pineapple Shores to be accessible and fun for everyone in your family. Guests with mobility concerns can use the ramp to access the property, and the main floor is accessible, as well, including a bedroom and shower.

Even the family dog can come along—we’re dog-friendly!

The home’s layout makes for an easy blend of togetherness and privacy. Retreat to the upper or lower decks to share stories of the day’s epic catches (whether a big fish or a great deal at the shops in Branson).

Lake views provide the gorgeous backdrop, and a gas BBQ on the upper deck provides the grilled goodies.

Gather for meals at the big table in the open concept kitchen/dining/Great Room. Then stay for a board game or pile onto the sofas for a movie night.

When your social batteries need a recharge, there’s plenty of space!

The bedrooms are spread out, with two on the main level and three on the lower level. As we said, each has its own bathroom, as well as a TV with streaming and a big king bed. Draw the light-blocking shades if you want to sleep in, and slide into a comfy cocoon of crisp white sheets.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Up a sending road from a public boat lunch and sweet cove to play in and no more than 35 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

Our community of Rocky Shores is 2.5 miles off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOLS

The outdoor pool is open late May to mid September, weather permitting, and it's awesome! Splash pad, lounge area, and the swimming area.

The indoor pool is open all year round!

It's only a short walk to the community indoor and outdoor pools, providing additional opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or lounge poolside under the warm sun, embracing the ultimate vacation experience.

Big families are our jam! We have one of our own—6 kids between us, plus their significant others, and 3 grandkids—so we know how tough it is to keep the peace as your group size increases. We also share our favorite places to eat, although those recommendations might be a little heavy on BBQ, Mexican, burgers and ice cream. :) In fact -- we have a super duper special partnership with The Haygoods and Silver Dollar City that are ONLY for our guests. (Both savings and serendipity that you can't get anywhere else!)

ADDITIONAL INFO

- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional

- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
