ocean, the lake is the perfect location for swimming, fishing, stand-
up paddle boarding and kayaking.

Unit 13 is located on the 4th floor with lift access and features
spacious living throughout. The large balcony offers a peaceful
outlook, with views over the trees to the lake.

The unit will sleep a family of 4 with a queen and 2 singles and
includes a dishwasher, TV and DVD and laundry facilities.

This secure building has a lift, underground security parking and
pool. There is a childrens playground and corner shop around the
corner that rents kayaks and SUP's as well free public BBQ's and
walking and bike riding tracks through the bushland on the lakes
edge.

**Please note NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere in the unit or the
common areas around the complex.
