Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay, with private or shared bathrooms available. Please note there is an additional fee to add the pool and spa heater, kindly request it up to 48 hours before your check-in date. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests must be 21 years or older to book, smoking is prohibited inside the property, pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted.

* Please be aware of Windsor Island resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.
