Our Emerald Home is Key Largo themed and is fully furnished featuring a beach theme, with all new furniture, bedding, linens, towels and decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, stemware, bakeware. This home has a Whole House Water filter system, Indoor Washer, Dryer & ironing accessories, and enhanced landscaping.

This Patio Villa model 3 bedroom, 2 Bath featuring a large master with a king-size bed, and private bathroom. Master bath features natural stone shower with waterfall shower head and seat! The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has a Murphy bed but no closet. This home's design has an open concept spacious kitchen with gas stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, large quartz island and counter tops that have a wonderful design for cooking and entertaining. The 28' x 12' covered lanai features patio table and chairs, draw down shades, and exit to patio with propane BBQ.

The one - and a half, plus golf car spacious garages have epoxy painted floor, custom painted driveway, garage door opener remotes and keypad entrance. Dining room with lovely table & chairs, Family room with large sectional couch and a Cable connected large smart TVs with the ability to use streaming apps. Large Master and second bedroom offer wall Mounted Streaming TVs. Robust Internet connection throughout home.

Guest are required to register to gain access to property, gate and pool.

Please note: To enjoy the array of amenities offered at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants access to facilities such as swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and various recreational activities and classes.

As your host, we can streamline the process by preparing passes in advance for convenient pickup at The Villages Sales Office nearest to your rental home. There is a nominal fee of $50 per couple, payable directly to The Villages via check or cash upon collection of the cards.

To expedite the issuance of your passes, you must provide your full name, phone number, email, and address. Should you prefer to obtain the passes upon arrival at The Villages, please note that there will be a processing time of 24-48 hours.

Each rental allows for two individuals to apply for Rental ID cards (also known as Temporary Resident IDs). Additional guests must accompany the cardholder to any Regional Recreation Center. The cardholder will present their Rental ID Pass, and guests will be required to complete a form providing their address, birthdate, home address, and dates of stay. There is no charge for Guest ID Cards.

Once obtained, these passes grant access to all activities within The Villages. Please note that while access to the 18-hole Championship golf courses incurs a fee per round, the numerous 9-hole Executive courses require a small trail fee ranging from $4 to $8.

Duration of Temporary Residents and Guest IDs
Temporary Residents IDs issued for rental properties at The Villages do not have a specified expiration date; they remain valid for the duration of your stay at the rental property. On the other hand, Guest IDs must be renewed every 30 days at no additional cost.

Private Pools
In addition to the extensive range of free pools available in The Villages, including Adult, Family, and Sports pools, there are a select few private Country Club Pools that require an additional fee for access. The fee varies depending on the length of your stay, so we advise inquiring directly for specific pricing details.

Fitness Options at The Villages
In addition to its array of amenities, The Villages offers approximately four indoor gyms for use on a pay-as-you-go basis or with a monthly pass. Rates vary per gym, so we recommend inquiring directly for the most up-to-date information.

For those who prefer outdoor exercise, there are also several outdoor areas equipped with exercise equipment available at no cost. These outdoor spaces provide an excellent opportunity to stay active amidst the beautiful surroundings of The Villages.


Please note – In order to book with us there is a 21 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the property must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

Pet Policy: Welcome to our pet-friendly property where your furry companions are valued guests. We offer a warm embrace for up to two dogs weighing under 50 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $100 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000. Dog owners are kindly reminded to accept full responsibility for their pets, ensuring they have no history of aggression or biting. We look forward to hosting you and your beloved companions.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
