Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort offers a welcoming retreat for year-round outdoor enthusiasts. The charming lodge, set among breathtaking woodland scenery and towering pines, is a short walk to the lake’s shore, creating a picturesque setting for your South Lake Tahoe getaway.

Enjoy the well-appointed amenities, including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and sauna, or step next door to the adjacent ski resorts. Try your luck at the casino district located just a mile away or explore popular area attractions.

During the winter, ski or snowboard at the nearby resorts, and during the summer, enjoy a scenic hike or stroll down to Lake Tahoe for an assortment of water activities. Work up a sweat at the fitness center, take a dip in the indoor/outdoor pool, unwind in the hot tub or sit fireside and bask in the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. However you choose to pass the time, you'll find relaxing and action-packed, family-friendly amenities at every turn.

Spacious two bedroom suite with a king bed, two queen beds, sofabed, and two full baths. This suite features a living room, dining room, and a full kitchen that is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and all the necessary cooking utensils for in room dining. The second bedroom also has a kitchenette. Sleeps 8

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $300 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $26 plus tax resort fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

*Resort fee includes: Guest internet access; DVDNow with unlimited movies; select resort activities, arts & crafts; sporting equipment including billiards, foosball, and shuffleboard; barbecue equipment; local area dining discount card.

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Perfect a large family

We rented this property for mi in laws and us (6 total). They had their own bedroom/bath/kitchenette, which connected to a living room, full kitchen with a sofa pull out bed. Our bedroom had a king size bed and huge bathroom. If you want to ski, I would suggest driving to Heavenly Village/gondola. The walk is a little too far but there’s all day parking behind Raley’s for $20. Riva Grill was amazing for Thanksgiving Dinner. The staff was very friendly. I suggest bringing your own coffee and filters-I needed filters and they sent some right away!

Property well maintained and staffed. Individual furniture in suite older and worn. Unfortunately, due to poor air quality we were inside more than plaanned.

Lake Tahoe in July

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Lake Tahoe. Condo is centrally located and adjacent to the primary marina in South Tahoe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and/or short ride away. Resort restaurant was a great option as well. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and nice!

Average to good

Pro's: Location is pretty good. Walking distance to lake, short drive to everything else. Condo was clean & convenient. Con's: This is a Hilton timeshare, so be prepared for the "Timeshare sell" after check-in. The VRBO listing price says "fees are included". Does not include "resort fees" you will be charged on check in. I specifically chose the VRBO listing for this resort (out of several for the same resort) that included a king & 2 queens for the adult group I was travelling with, but on check in we were given a room with a king, 1 queen & pull out sofa. When I inquired with both the resort guest services & VRBO, I was essentially told "sorry about your luck". The unit was clean, but somewhat worn & dated. There is no laundry in the unit. It's shared in the hall. The extra security lock on the suite was missing. There is off site parking across the street for non-owners. I'm not sure why they give you a gate code because it was essentially open?
