This stay, is truly one of a kind. Enjoy a private coastal retreat at the Scarborough Beach Abode Studio 14B. Relax in a cosy two bedroom stay for up to three guests. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with a large outdoor courtyard to enjoy peaceful afternoons. Modern comforts & outdoor shower. Watch movies on smart TV, streaming services and fast internet. Kitchen stocked with all the essentials, new kitchen appliances; oven, hotplates, coffee machine, cooking, BBQ and delightful outdoor dining.
The space:
This studio maximises impact in a cozy space. Great for up to three guests with two bedrooms, kitchen and shower/bathroom. Short walk to the beach and best of Scarborough Peninsula cafes and amenities. The courtyard is great for guests travelling with pets as it is fully enclosed and private so you can enjoy afternoons in the alfresco or return from the beach to the outdoor shower. There is street parking only for guests of 14B.
Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the studio and courtyard. Guests access the accomodation by entering the courtyard on right of the driveway. The driveway is a common area, shared with guests staying in 14A, it is not guest parking at 14B.
Other things to note:
Pet stays are welcome and will be considered on request.

Cleaning Lady

The main issue we had was the cleaning lady turned up at am. She arrived at 8:00 am and waited in front of the property. t 10.00 am when we were leaving my daughter walked up to apologised for the time she waited for us to go. The lady snapped at my daughter for the time that we left, but the time out was 10.00 am. This lady shouldn't have even been there until after 10.00 am. Regards Richard
