Welcome to Water Haus LITE, the perfect getaway for your small group to enjoy a relaxing and serene escape in New Braunfels, Texas. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a cozy and comfortable retreat for up to 4 guests, and is perfect for a small family or two couples.

Inside, you'll find two master bedrooms with queen beds, an open floor plan with a dining area and living room, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all the kitchen tools and cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combos and we provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.

One of the highlights of Water Haus LITE is the stunning view from the deck surrounding the home. Take in the breathtaking scenery, relax in the hammock, or savor a BBQ meal using the large grill provided. In the evening, gather around your fire pit and make s'mores while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The property offers direct access to the Guadalupe River, where you can dip your toes in the cool water, go tubing, or indulge in some fishing. The back patio is perfect for barbecues and outdoor games (we provide corn hole) and you can also relax on your private balcony with a cup of coffee while admiring the wildlife around you.

Water Haus LITE is conveniently located between the 3rd and 4th Crossing on the Guadalupe River, offering a less crowded but still enjoyable tubing and swimming experience. Nearby, you'll find downtown New Braunfels and Gruene, where you can explore fine dining, entertainment, and various activities. Canyon Lake is just a few miles away, offering opportunities for boating and nature walks.

For larger groups or special occasions, we have additional riverfront homes available on site, accommodating up to a total of 48 guests. The whole house at Water Haus may also be rented for an additional 8 guests in 4 bunk beds.
